A claimant has succeeded in holding an Archdiocese vicariously liable for their priest’s sexual abuse of the claimant in 1975, according to the Court of Appeal in Maga v The Trustees of the Birmingham Archdiocese of the Roman Catholic Church [2010] All ER (D) 141 (Mar).
