At long last, practitioners dealing with claims for personal injuries arising from road collisions have been given full details of the new streamlined Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims process. The full 78 pages of the scheme (and documents) can be downloaded from the Ministry of Justice website: www.justice.gov.uk.
